1. Subscription Refund Policy
Customers are entitled to request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
After 14 days, payments are non-refundable.
2. Refund Exceptions
Renewals: Refunds are not provided for subscription renewals. Please cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges.
Partial Refunds: Refunds are not available for partially used billing periods, feature downgrades, or unused services beyond the 14-day refund window.
3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for purchase. Refunds are generally processed within 10 business days.
